About the role: As a Manager in Digital Audit, you will join a supportive, collaborative team working with financial services clients to help audit teams understand financial data flows and the IT systems and controls that underpin them. You will assess system design and operation, investigate data anomalies and engage directly with stakeholders across IT and Finance. This is a clientâfacing role with the opportunity to visit client sites and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders. Resilience, curiosity and strong communication skills will help you thrive. What your days will look like:
- Managing multiple client engagements and developing strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Coaching and developing junior staff, supporting their technical and personal growth.
- Using data and insights to assess IT controls, resolve issues and uphold audit quality.
- Translating complex ideas into clear recommendations that support effective client decisionâmaking.
This role is for you if:
- You have work experience in Audit (international candidates may qualify through equivalent experience in their home country).
- Must possess a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification (or an international equivalent).
- You have experience assessing IT systems, data flows or technologyâenabled controls.
- You can manage multiple engagements and prioritise effectively.
- You are comfortable working directly with stakeholders in both IT and Finance.
- You can analyse complex information and develop clear, practical recommendations.
