We are looking to hire enthusiastic and motivated Field Service Management functional consultants to join our dynamic Customer Transformation team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the Service & Field Service domain and skills and experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design. They will have a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering Field Service Management solutions to drive business outcomes (this could include expertise with the likes of Salesforce Field Service, ClickSchedule, and IFS FSM/PSO).

We are at an exciting period in the growth of our Field Service practice with a portfolio of large scale transformation programmes that are helping our clients reimagine and reinvent their service operations with a customer-centric approach. As a Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption. You will be hands on both in terms of client engagement and technology implementation. You will operate across the project lifecycle from presales & discovery through to development, test and training.

This role is for you if:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a functional consultant, with a strong focus on field service management.
  • Proven experience with Service & Field Service Management module implementations on any relevant apps.
  • Deep understanding of service and field service operations, including job creation, job management, scheduling, dispatching, work order management, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and define project requirements.
  • Perform an in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and user needs to identify potential solutions and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive functional and non-functional requirement documents, including user stories and use cases.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding.
  • Partner with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Configure applications to align with business processes and client requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to confirm that the software meets specified requirements and operates as intended.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Facilitate training sessions and produce user documentation to support the smooth adoption of new software features.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to guarantee successful implementation.
