About this role

PwC is seeking a talented and motivated newly qualified to two years' post-qualification experience (PQE) solicitor to join our Employee Incentives Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career solicitor to develop specialist expertise in employee incentives within a leading professional services firm. The role will primarily involve designing and implementing employee incentive schemes for our private and listed company clients.

What your days will look like:

  • Assist with the design, implementation and management of employee incentive schemes for private and listed company clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support advice on EMI option schemes, CSOPs, growth shares, nominee arrangements, EBTs, LTIPs and EOTs, including structuring, operation and ongoing administration.
  • Work with colleagues across different teams to develop practical, commercially focused solutions that align with each client's strategic objectives and wider business priorities.
  • Carry out analysis, due diligence and research on market and legislative developments, supporting stakeholder engagement and recommendations on proposed incentive arrangements.

This role is for you if:

  • Qualified solicitor from NQ to two years' PQE, ideally with exposure to employee incentives, share schemes, corporate or tax matters.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence explaining complex concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.
  • Developing ability to manage tasks, priorities and client relationships with appropriate guidance from senior team members.
  • Analytical, strategic and detail-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and managing competing deadlines.
  • Collaborative and professional, with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Enthusiastic about developing within the team, taking on responsibility and continuing to learn as experience grows.
