The Guidewire Programme Director position requires an experienced professional with an established track record in the Insurance sector, including the directing of complex programme portfolios. The focus will be on complex multi-year programmes implementing Guidewire Core platforms, with a preference for expertise in Guidewire Cloud versions. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of core Guidewire applications, such as ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter, to lead and manage essential projects within the insurance sector.

- Proactively engage with team members and clients
- Mentorship and leadership of team members
- Communicate client needs and potential conflicts clearly
- Manage project planning, budgeting, and administration
- Lead workstreams for successful engagement completion
- Collaborate with business development on proposals
