About the role: Our team is a leading corporate and international tax practice advising large privately owned and private equity-backed multinational businesses across the UK. With colleagues in over 10 offices nationwide, we offer flexibility on location. We are looking for a Senior Manager with strong technical expertise, experience managing complex corporate and international tax projects, and the ability to lead client relationships and develop teams. The role offers varied, challenging work, significant career development, and collaboration with Directors, Partners, and other specialist teams including Accounting Structuring, Legal, and Valuations, supported by mentoring and a strong peer network.
What your days will look like:
- Advise large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters, delivering clear and practical solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while supporting business development through referrals, networking, and identifying opportunities.
- Manage client compliance obligations, including corporate tax return submissions, tax accounting, and reporting requirements.
- Lead and develop teams while collaborating creatively to solve complex client issues.
This role is for you if:
- Professionally qualified with ACA, ATT, CTA, CA, ACCA (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
- Experienced in advising large UK and international corporate tax clients.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax, computations, and tax accounting.
- Able to interpret statutory accounts and identify wider risks and opportunities.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders and large teams.
- Commercially aware, with business development experience and confidence discussing wider UK and global business issues.
