This role sits within our investment partnership compliance team, managing tax reporting for complex private equity and real estate funds. What your days will look like:
- Oversee quality reviews for a portfolio of large and complex fund clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to manage team operations, including people, finances, technology, and marketing, while supporting transitions of work into the compliance team.
- Provide tax technical guidance and specialist input on technology development to enhance fund compliance processes, and identify consulting opportunities arising from compliance work.
- Work closely with advisory teams to promote the compliance offering in the market and deliver integrated client solutions.
This role is for you if:
- ATT, CTA, AAT or ACA qualified or international equivalent
- Experienced reviewer of private equity and/or real estate fund compliance in the following areas: Partnership computations and returns and Investor Reporting
- Experience with general partner corporate tax returns
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written
