Knowledge of APIs, microservices, DevSecOps and modern engineering practices. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience leading teams, workstreams or technology programmes in complex client environments. Commercial awareness and an ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
