We are seeking an Adobe Solution Architect for our Customer Led Transformation (CLT) team (Experience & Marketing Practice) to contribute to the further development of PwC UK’s Adobe practice. This pivotal and client-facing role is responsible for the delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud-based solutions and solutioning new opportunities in the pipeline, as well as pre-sales activities.

This is a hands-on role, requiring various Adobe Experience Cloud products to be combined together and successfully integrated with 3rd party solutions. Our Adobe Solution Architect will develop technical blueprints for effective Adobe transformations across Adobe Experience Cloud, while guiding design and delivery processes to ensure solutions align with business needs and our strategic vision. This senior position will also require active mentoring of junior team members within our digital and technology practices.

What your days will look like:

  • Working with our Clients and Technology colleagues to prepare technical blueprints for cost effective and efficient Adobe transformations across all Adobe Experience Cloud products, taking a solution leadership role throughout design and delivery to help ensure technical solutions continue to meet business requirements.
  • Working with the wider team to support Business Development specific to Adobe implementations/transformations and actively contributing to sales across the growing pipeline.
  • Leading the end-to-end technical solution design across Adobe Experience Cloud, integration and legacy system(s).
  • Leading the high-level and functional design teams across a variety of global clients and industries and placing design & architecture governance at the squad level.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them define their customer experience and digital marketing strategies using Adobe technologies.
  • Working closely with PwC’s Adobe practice to deepen our partnership with Adobe and stay ahead of product innovations.
  • Contributing to the development of PwC’s Adobe propositions, accelerators, and industry-specific solutions.

This role is for you if:

  • You have expert knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud and are able to leverage associated products to drive the end-to-end solution and seamless customer experiences.
  • You are familiar with Adobe Experience Cloud Products: (Adobe Experience Platform, RT-CDP, AEM in Cloud incl. DAM (AEM Assets), Journey Optimiser (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics, Target, Edge Delivery Services, Commerce) and able to demonstrate a deep expertise and associated certifications across 2-3 products of the products listed above.
  • A visionary architectural thinker, accustomed to designing scalable, future-ready Adobe solutions that not only meet current needs but also align with evolving business requirements.
  • You are able to build relationships with senior stakeholders such as chief architects and the Head of Technology and often C-suite executives, becoming a trusted advisor and bridging the gap between technology and business; confidently presenting architectural visions, solutions, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You are experienced in supporting business development activities, including designing and top-down and bottom-up estimating Adobe solutions based on minimal requirements provided by potential clients and contributing to pitches and sales presentations/materials.
  • You are proficient in designing and implementing integrations between Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and other enterprise systems (e.g. CRM, ecommerce, data lakes) using APIs, native connectors or middleware.
  • You are deeply knowledgeable in data architecture and governance, capable of creating optimised data models that ensure performance at scale and compliance with industry standards.
  • A Leader in end-to-end delivery across the entire solution lifecycle, from strategy and blueprinting to implementation, testing, and post go live support, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the business objective.
  • A capable team leader, used to leading teams of consultants, analysts, technologists and third party suppliers to develop detailed solutions, costs, timescales and methods for delivery of technology solutions.
  • Well informed of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and industry specific solutions, with the ability to integrate these trends into the solution architecture to enhance business outcomes.
