About the role:
PwC UK HealthcareCorporate Finance team are sector specialistsadvisingprivately owned,PE backedand large corporateclients acrossthe country. We advise on an exciting variety of transactions on the sell-side and buy-side, with a typical deal size of c.£100-500m+.
As a Healthcare CFteam,we have a leading reputation for executing high-profile transactions, advisingon some fantasticdealsnationally and internationally across Europe,givingfantasticexposureto a variety of deal structures and clientsacross the sector.
We’relooking for a confident, collaborative Manager who brings2-4 years ofdeal experience, a proactive mindset,and commercial acumen.Knowledge and understanding ofthe applicable regional dynamics (economic, political, industry-focussed) is preferred but not essential.In return,you’llwork within a motivated team of dealmakers, helping clients navigate exciting,complexand fast-paced transactions.
What your days will look like:
As aManager,you’llbring technicalexpertise, commercial insight, and leadership, to help clients through the complexities of dealmaking.
Your day-to-day will include:
Supporting live transactions end-to-end, from origination and marketing through to execution and completion, with ownership over keyworkstreams;
Building trusted client relationships and delivering high quality work, across pitch documents, marketing materials, financialanalysisand other transactiondeliverables;
Getting involved in our origination efforts; conducting detailed market, financial and commercial research, supporting with proposals, and meeting with potentialtargets;
Supporting and coaching junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
This role is for you if:
You have Corporate Finance experience,with end-to-end dealexperience;
You have strong financial analysis and modelling skills, as well as commercial acumen and the ability to thinkstrategically;
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build trusted relationships withclients;
You have a pro-active mindset, pay strong attention to detail, and can manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced dealenvironment;
You can work effectively within multi-disciplinaryteams, andwork collaboratively with those around you.
Must possess an ACA/CA/ACCA qualification (or international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country
