What Your Days Will Look Like
- Lead delivery of projects focused on claims process enhancement and/or underwriting transformation.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and tangible outcomes.
- Manage teams working on business analysis, process mapping, system implementation, and product definition.
- Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders in the London Market to align transformation efforts.
- Optimise claims processes and improve service delivery.
- Support proposals, pursuit activity, and development of thought leadership on underwriting modernisation.
- Translate business objectives into target operating models, system workflows, and data requirements.
