As a Senior Associate, you’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders, gain deep insight into how businesses operate, and engage with a diverse portfolio of organisations. What your days will look like:
- Lead and review audit documentation from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with PwC and regulatory standards.
- Perform a range of audit work, including issue identification, data analysis, and drawing well‑supported conclusions.
- Build strong relationships, demonstrate curiosity, and provide constructive challenge throughout the audit process.
- Support and develop the team through effective delegation, coaching, and clear communication.
This role is for you if:
- Chartered Accountant / ACA / ACCA / ICAS qualified accountant (or international equivalent) – exam and time qualified;
- Experience of IFRS and/or UK GAAP and international standards on auditing.
- Strong organisational skills, experience of undertaking audit from planning to completion and a track record of challenging yourself and others to complete high quality testing and documentation;
- Ability to establish and nurture relationships which includes communicating clearly with colleagues and organisations we audit;
- Ability to review the work of others’, providing commentary and feedback to support the team’s technical development and enhance audit quality;
- Takes pride in their work and in the Audit profession. Shows resilience and demonstrates dedication to self development including being agile and innovative in the digital world.
