About the role:
Advisory role as tax compliance work is delivered from our compliance centre. As an Asset Wealth Manager in this key financial services tax team, you will be responsible for helping to manage an established team and providing excellent quality advisory services to a high profile portfolio of both UK and multinational clients. This is a technically demanding and creative role, and offers opportunities to work on major corporate transactions, international structuring, and a range of day-to-day UK tax matters and audit of tax work.
What your days will look like:
- Managing the corporation tax affairs for a portfolio of clients, including building close relationships with a wide range of clients.
- Leading and managing a team of corporate tax managers and senior associates responsible for the delivery of taxation services to a wide range of UK and international clients.
- Working with experienced Partners, Directors and Senior Managers across the FS team with the opportunity to apply your tax technical skills in a stimulating and challenging environment.
- Develop deeper knowledge in particular areas of interest such as group reorganisations, BEPs planning and divestments and acquisitions.
This role is for you if:
- You are a confident and ambitious asset wealth management specialist with a strong track record and a desire to work in a high-paced and rewarding environment.
- You can demonstrate a good depth of UK tax experience.
- You are motivated and ambitious candidates with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You must possess an ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualification (or an international equivalent).
- Audit of tax experience is ideal.
