PwC is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic D365 Director to lead our cross‑functional teams in client‑facing delivery roles. In this position, you will oversee complex delivery programs, engage with senior client stakeholders, and drive innovative solutions that deliver measurable client success. You will execute commercial delivery models for precise estimation and budgeting, ensuring competitive market offerings. This Role is For You If
- You possess substantial experience in delivering Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions with a robust professional background in finance or business disciplines.
- Your skillset includes complex business process mapping and modeling expertise, complemented by strong communication and presentation abilities.
- You excel in managing client expectations, conducting complex conversations, and confidently lead and develop team members.
- An established client‑facing role within a Microsoft Gold Partner and comprehensive understanding of Dynamics modules are key attributes for this position.
- Competence in prioritizing and managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently with precision and efficiency is essential.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Providing expert input across multiple program workstreams including testing, training, data, reporting, and business change management.
- Leading the deployment of reusable assets and documenting solution options to optimize efficiency in market offerings and solutions.
- Engaging strategically with Microsoft, supporting their go‑to‑market strategies, and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions to align with project requirements.
- Leading team members to achieve successful project outcomes, collaborating closely with technical development capabilities across nearshore and offshore teams.
- Conducting thorough analysis of business requirements and scope changes, ensuring efficient impact management on teams or technical solutions.
