As a Senior Manager you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, leading projects to help our clients solve complex business issues and deliver enterprise‑wide transformation.
What your days will look like:
- Managing the design and delivery of iconic, technology‑enabled transformation programmes for some of the largest public and private sector defence clients in the UK.
- Contributing to the development of the market for large‑scale transformation delivery – identifying and researching opportunities to work with new / existing clients and helping to bring new offers to the market.
- Helping to grow our multi‑specialism Enterprise Transformation team, developing the tools and techniques that will help our clients transform their ways of working and secure better outcomes for the people and places they serve.
- Leading on the management of engagement economics, risk and issue management, performance, project and programme management.
- Owning senior stakeholder relationships to support the delivery of engagements and build your own networks in the market.
This role is for you if:
- You have experience of scoping and leading transformation programmes in the Private and Public Sectors around Defence.
- You have experience of operating model design and implementation / transformation programme management / transformation communications and engagement / change and adoption management.
- You have experience of interpreting clients’ strategic, operational and external drivers for change, gaining respect, building trust and inspiring stakeholders and ability to forecast costs and manage to programme timelines and budget.
- You understand transformation opportunities in the Defence sector and what are the general factors to be considered while designing and implementing complex transformation programmes.
- You have experience in developing requirements across process, people, organisation, technology and information.
- You can articulate the business benefits of adopting digital and cloud technologies as part of wider transformations.
- Successful track record of delivery leadership in Government and Defence sectors as a consultant or working directly in the sector.
