Our transfer pricing network advises clients on all aspects of the UK and international regime, including arm's length comparables, policy formulation, OECD‑compliant documentation, tax audit defence, advanced pricing agreements, and assessing the tax impact of commercial or organisational change. Work is primarily project‑based and involves collaboration with multinational companies across varied intercompany transactions, including products, services, intellectual property, and debt. Led by experienced partners and directors, the team supports a wide range of businesses, from FTSE100 companies and major inbound groups to private equity‑backed firms and start‑ups, spanning multiple industry sectors. Joining this team offers exposure to a diverse client base and the opportunity to develop expertise across the full spectrum of transfer pricing matters. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality solutions, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of our practice.
What your days will look like:
- Working with the wider Tax practice as a subject matter specialist
- Undertaking transfer pricing planning and pricing implementation
- Involvement and coordination of European and global transfer pricing engagements working with specialists across our global network
- Supporting companies through all elements of business change and value chain transformation (e.g. transfer of manufacturing to low cost jurisdictions, implementation of centralised or principal structures)
- Preparation and negotiation of Advance Pricing Agreements on behalf of clients
- Assisting clients with tax audits from HMRC and transfer pricing defence strategies; and preparation of transfer pricing documentation for planning or compliance purposes (including statistical analysis)
The Role is for you if:
- Possess a Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA) or equivalent international or legal professional qualification or have equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of delivering high‑quality client work, with strong business understanding and adherence to professional standards.
- Experience in proactively managing client portfolios and projects, including financial and risk management.
- Contribution to team development through knowledge sharing, industry trend analysis, and constructive feedback.
- Business development skills, with experience in building and maintaining internal and external networks.
- Strong ability to plan and deliver work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with expertise in negotiation and influencing stakeholders.
- Intellectual agility and creativity, with a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
What You'll receive from us:
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
