About the Role: Our team is a leading international tax adviser to the largest multinational companies operating in the UK. Our clients include many household names from various industry sectors (excluding Financial Services). The work involves cutting-edge, technically demanding, and creative tax advice, with opportunities to work on major corporate transactions and international projects. We are seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager who thrives on technical challenges, builds strong client relationships, and develops teams to support them. Candidates should have a proven track record in managing complex international and corporate tax projects within multidisciplinary teams. You can be based in any of our Corporate Tax offices located in London, Cambridge, Reading, Southampton, or Watford.

What your days will look like:

  • Building close relationships with clients and collaborating with teams to deliver tax services.
  • Shaping client accounts and participating in project teams on unique projects.
  • Advising on tax and business issues for well-known companies and staying abreast of the latest tax developments.
  • Engaging in diverse work, including advising on corporate transactions, providing UK and international advice, and supporting tax audits.
  • Applying your tax technical skills in a stimulating environment alongside a team of specialists.
  • Developing client relationships and soft skills, with opportunities to deepen knowledge in areas like international structuring, finance, treasury tax, and industry sectors.
  • Working with senior partners and learning from leading practitioners, with opportunities for career growth.

The Role is for you if:

  • You possess a UK professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CTA, solicitor) or an equivalent overseas qualification.
  • You have substantial experience in international and UK corporate tax advisory, especially on complex transactions, with some experience in tax reporting or accounting.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple client teams.
  • You have a track record of building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • You are experienced in project management and delegation within a team.
  • You are committed to self-development and mentoring others.
