About the role: The Associate will support contract lifecycle management (CLM) and AI-enabled contracting engagements by assisting with current-state documentation, functional analysis, technology evaluation, and CLM configuration activities. This role provides hands‑on exposure to leading CLM platforms, AI use cases in contracting, and implementation delivery.
What your days will look like:
- Business Analysis & Current-State Documentation
- Support documentation of current-state contract processes, workflows, systems, and data flows
- Assist in requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and document analysis
- Prepare process maps, functional requirement documents, and user stories
- Support gap analysis between business requirements and CLM platform capabilities
- CLM Technology & AI Enablement
- Assist in evaluation of CLM platforms
- Support preparation of vendor comparison materials, demos, and prototypes
- Assist in identifying AI use cases such as contract extraction, clause analysis, and obligation tracking
- Configuration & Implementation Support
- Assist in configuration of CLM tools including structuring and configuration of contract templates and clause libraries; metadata models and contract attributes; workflows, approvals, and notifications
- Support system testing, defect tracking, and UAT activities
- Project, Pursuit & Firm Support
- Support pursuit teams by reviewing RFP requirements and assisting with response content
- Assist in building functional prototypes of common CLM solutions
- Develop familiarity with PwC delivery methodologies, systems, and governance processes
This role is for you if you have:
- Business Analysis, CLM, or Technology Consulting
- Foundational understanding of contracting and CLM concepts
- Exposure to at least one CLM platform preferred (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio preferred)
- Entry‑level or in‑progress accreditation in any of the leading CLM platforms (preferred)
- Awareness of AI capabilities in CLM tools and contracting use cases (preferred)
