Join our dynamic and collaborative Client Onboarding team as a Client Onboarding Analyst, where precision, client focus, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. This role is based in Belfast, with occasional travel expected for meetings and team collaboration.

What your days will look like:

  • Ensure new clients are onboarded efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather documentation, manage timelines, and resolve onboarding queries.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for new clients.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and readiness.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or delays.
