Pw C is seeking individuals with deep expertise in FP&A processes and SAP SAC Solution Architecture to work on finance transformation and EPM engagements, partnering with leading organizations to redefine the future of finance.
As a Senior Manager within our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team, you'll lead innovative client engagements, transforming business planning processes through SAP and other technologies such as Oracle, One Stream, Anaplan and Workday Adaptive.
You will build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders and EPM software vendors, driving thought leadership in Finance Transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead business planning aspects of Finance Transformation projects, heading mixed Pw C/client teams.
- Ensure accountability for both business benefits and technology implementation.
- Identify additional service opportunities while embedded within client environments.
- Innovate and lead cutting-edge concepts from ideas to reality.
- Build enduring connections with client stakeholders and EPM software vendors.
- Pioneer Finance Transformation thought leadership by collaborating with peers in Finance Strategy, ERP Transformation and related fields.
- Grow and develop teams in the UK and delivery centres globally by supporting recruitment activities and internal trainings.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering solutions with leading EPM products such as SAP, Oracle, One Stream, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Tagetik, or Board.
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Solution Architect certification.
- Extensive experience leading end-to-end business planning solution delivery, ideally within large multinationals, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning technology implementation from strategy to go-live.
- Strong track record in fostering finance process change enabled by technology, either as a seasoned consultant or senior finance professional.
- Comprehensive understanding of how digital technology is reshaping the finance landscape.
- A business- and finance-process-oriented mindset that integrates technology and finance concepts.
- Creative, inquisitive, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
