In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process.

About the role:

We are hiring within our Restructuring & Insolvency (R&I) Data and Technology Team, a fast-growing business unit providing advisory and executory restructuring services to a range of clients, including banks, corporates and other stakeholders. We provide support and guidance to clients in challenging financial situations or insolvency, helping them navigate complex operational and strategic challenges swiftly
