About the role: We’re looking for an experienced Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and evolve the firm’s social media presence and internal influencer strategy. Working closely with Digital Marketing and Corporate Affairs, you’ll be responsible for shaping social media strategy, managing social operations, leading a Senior Associate, and developing a high-impact thought leadership and influencer programme. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation across social channels, influence senior stakeholders, and build a scalable influencer framework that elevates the firm’s brand and reputation. Combining strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in how the firm engages audiences across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and emerging platforms.

What your days will look like:

  • Developing and delivering the firm’s social media and influencer marketing strategy.
  • Managing and coaching a Social Media Senior Associate, supporting performance and development.
  • Leading the internal influencer programme, identifying and nurturing thought leaders across the business.
  • Partnering with Marketing, Corporate Affairs and business stakeholders to support key campaigns and activations.
  • Analysing performance data and campaign metrics to optimise content, engagement and investment.
  • Overseeing social media operations, including inbound requests, workload prioritisation, governance and best practice.
