Please note: This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Our Resource Management team ensures we have the right people in the right roles to deliver high‑quality client teams and support our People Priorities, including Fair Work Access, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Development and Engagement. As the workforce continues to evolve, Resource Management plays a vital role in driving our strategy forward.

As a Resource Manager, you will lead a team of Resource Officers to deliver effective workforce and deployment solutions in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Partnering closely with stakeholders, you’ll use commercial insight, business acumen and MI to guide and influence decisions. This role offers significant opportunities to develop leadership skills and progress professionally for those with a proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.

What your days will look like:

  • Deliver effective workforce planning and deployment solutions aligned to portfolio growth and profitability.
  • Lead and coach Resource Officers to optimise headcount, maximise utilisation and maintain strong employee engagement.
  • Run regular portfolio reviews to ensure fair workload allocation, utilisation, and development for client‑facing staff.
  • Analyse MI to identify trends, connections, and opportunities to improve profitability and people engagement.
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and build networks across the business and Resource Management function.
  • Anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflict.

  • Use MI and data analytics (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to develop solutions that drive profitability.

  • Manage multiple deadlines, competing priorities, and projects effectively.
