What your days will look like
You will join our team of expertsspecialisingin supporting clients with their Pillar Two Compliance, Corporate Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting obligations. Our clients range from multinationals to smallermid-tierclients across a wide range of industry sectors, providing you with opportunities to broaden your technical knowledge.
You will work alongside other tax specialists managing a range of activities for the clients in your portfolio including:
- Delivery of Pillar Two compliance services, includingleadingengagements,data collection and analysis,review of Pillar Two compliance calculations,andsubmission ofreturns
- Reviewingtheorganisation, analysis, and formatting of raw data into standardisedtemplates for tax compliance purposes
- Review and submission of corporation tax returns
- Review and submission of tax accountingdeliverables
- Havinga high levelof client contact andbeing responsible fororganising,monitoringand managing your own workload
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Budget monitoring
This role is for you if:
- Technical knowledge of theglobalPillar Tworulesand filing requirements
- Experience of preparing/reviewingtransitional safeharbourand fullrulescalculations
- Strong UK corporate tax skills
- Must possess an accountancy or tax professional qualification (e.g.ACA, ATT, CTA or similar) (or an international equivalent) orhaveequivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
- Developed client service ethos and can adopt a flexible approach to meeting client needs
- Be able toestablish,build,andmaintaina good working relationship with key decision makers
- Dataliteracy and analytical skills
- Workingon a global basis with remote teams, including DeliveryCentres
- The ability to provide clear, constructive feedback on quality and accuracy
- A continuous process improvement mindset
- Strong coaching skills
- Desirable to have UK GAAP and IFRS tax accounting experience
