PwC works with clients to help them define and implement their Global Payroll Strategy, often involving transforming the function from small teams to large multinational complex organisations.

What your days will look like:

  • Using various tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends, developing strategies, solving issues, designing the future of the function and reviewing work for quality and relevance.
  • You will be responsible for managing small to mid-sized work streams & teams.
  • Ability to lead an RFP response from a client looking to work with a consultancy to assist them in defining and implementing their global payroll strategy.
  • Ensuring any risks to the BAU payroll cycle are identified and mitigated, additional control steps put in place if required and lessons learned.
  • Managing consulting engagements with the clients from proposing, scoping, developing (or overseeing) deliverables and team members.
  • You’ll provide coaching and feedback to team members, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
