Audit Manager

b Overview /b p In this role you will perform a senior audit leadership position, managing a portfolio of clients and guiding audit teams. You will coach and develop staff, uphold PwC standards, and drive quality and timely delivery. You’ll engage in business development, deepen relationships, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives with a focus on integrity and professional excellence. This opportunity blends technical IFRS expertise with leadership to shape client outcomes and firm growth. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage a portfolio of clients and report to Senior Managers or above /li li Oversee financial management aspects for clients and ensure timely delivery /li li Lead and mentor staff, supervise work and develop team technical acumen /li li Contribute to business development and client relationship building /li li Ensure compliance with PwC audit methodology and independence requirements /li li Manage larger projects, budgets, and timelines /li li Monitor work in progress, costs, and debtors /li li Support office and risk management activities /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Qualified CA(SA) /li li 2–4 years post articles experience /li li IFRS experience /li li Proficiency with PwC audit methodology and software /li li Strong leadership and people-management skills /li li Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities /li li Analytical and solution-driven problem solving /li li Ability to multitask and manage multiple client engagements /li /ul ul li leadership /li li communication /li li interpersonal skills /li li IFRS experience /li li PwC audit methodology /li li PwC software proficiency /li /ul
