About The Role

The Enterprise Operations Transformation Cost and Productivity team sits within the Consulting line of Service. This role is specifically for applicants interested in healthcare projects within the Consulting Cost and Productivity business.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving project delivery to provide insightful solutions for clients.
• Overseeing successful delivery of multiple projects and serving as day‑to‑day contact with client teams.
• Coaching and supervising junior staff, reporting to senior staff, managing risk and compliance.
• Managing costing proposals and budget oversight.
• Working closely with clients on site; willingness to travel and flexible work location.
• Developing, planning and supporting delivery of operational improvement projects.
• Implementing cost control programmes.
• Assessing and testing financial positions and forecasts.
• Strategic planning with business case and scenario testing.

The Skills and Experience We Are Looking For

• Must possess an ACA, ACCA, CIPFA, CIMA or equivalent qualification or have equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills (financial and non‑financial), including use of Microsoft Excel. NHS‑specific analytics desirable.
• Report writing skills including Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Previous experience in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and willingness to participate in marketing and business development.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with all levels.
• Experience leading teams and delivering projects through to completion.
• Proven experience of coaching junior team members.
• A commitment to continued personal development.
• Proven project and time management skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment.
• Flexibility to work on diverse projects.
• Experience of the NHS is desirable but not essential.
