About the role:

We\’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven leader with strong transfer pricing technical expertise and a passion for team development. You\’ll lead a dynamic and growing Belfast-based delivery team, driving high-quality output across a wide range of transfer pricing services. The team is fully integrated with the PwC Transfer Pricing network, and you\’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, contributing to strategy development and operational excellence.

The team is primarily based in Belfast, with a hybrid working model and some flexibility on the base office location for your role. Some domestic UK travel will be required to support team engagement and network collaboration.

What your days will look like:

  • Every day will be different, from developing and implementing the team\’s strategy through to hands-on involvement in client projects, plus structured engagement with the team and key stakeholders.
  • Strategy development and implementation will involve building strong and collaborative relationships across PwC\’s Transfer Pricing and Operate networks, in the UK and overseas.
  • Management of operations, financial and staff performance, and quality control, supported by a team of managers, with reporting to and consulting with senior management.
  • Contributing as a subject matter expert to the design and execution of client work, training and development, and team efficiency and processes.

  • Senior-level expertise in Transfer Pricing with a strong technical foundation, adept at managing client portfolios, delivering quality work under pressure, and motivating and supporting others to do the same.
  • Proven leadership and skills in managing and developing high-performing teams, fostering cohesion and collaboration.
  • Committed to the development of individuals through training, coaching, and constructive feedback, actively recognizing high performance and addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Experienced in strategic thinking, adapting to change, business development, and relationship-building across networks and at all levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator with negotiation and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
