We work from people strategy through to organisational execution, including organisational transformation, workforce effectiveness, talent development and human capital risk management. The SuccessFactors practice sits within the high-growth Human Resources Technology & Transformation (HRT&T) practice and focuses on maximise and realise investments in SuccessFactors as the core HCM platform, through advisory, implementation and transformation programmes for organisations ranging from startups to multinationals.

Responsibilities

  • Youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

The Skills And Experience We’re Looking For

  • HR technology implementation experience covering all aspects of the implementation and transformation lifecycle from initial HR technology advisory, product and vendor selection, detailed scoping & design to implementation and ongoing optimisation
  • Knowledge of HR Technology & Integration across the employee lifecycle, primarily SuccessFactors and optionally on-premise ERP HR to other cloud SaaS solutions
  • Highly skilled in integrating HR solutions within complex IT environments across multiple geographies, HR systems and platforms for large global organisations
  • Proven track record of leading a programme workstream and solution delivery, strong stakeholder management, with awareness of UK, European and international HR & Payroll legislation
  • Ability to configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors/HCM to identify and address client needs
  • Experience in full life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors from opportunity to go-live
  • Experience driving teams to meet project timelines and managing workloads while maintaining work-life balance
  • Experience managing small to mid work streams, monitoring for issues and determining escalation
  • Functional and technical experience in SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Strong client-focused problem solving and delivery mindset
