We’re one of the world’s leading professional services organisations. Across 158 countries, we help our clients — from global enterprises to fast‑growing private businesses — create, protect and enhance the value that matters most to them. Risk is constantly evolving, and today’s environment makes it harder than ever to predict new challenges. But with disruption comes opportunity. We help organisations transform, innovate and strengthen every part of their business — from people to performance, systems to strategy — through our insight and independent assurance.
Disruption driven by technology, regulation and wider market forces is creating significant change across organisations. Our Risk Line of Service helps clients identify and manage these risks, bringing together specialists in regulation, cyber security, controls, actuarial, listings, accounting and internal audit. Our Financial Services Technology Risk & Resilience team supports FS firms in navigating a fast‑moving regulatory landscape while building robust, future‑proof technology estates. We help shape digital resilience frameworks under UK and EU regulation, enhance technology‑risk maturity, and prepare firms for licence applications or listings. We work across all three lines of defence to uplift standards and control frameworks, transform technology‑risk operating models and deliver control assurance.
As a Senior Manager in our Financial Services Technology Risk & Resilience team, you’ll help FS clients tackle both legacy and emerging technology risks in a fast‑growing part of our practice. You’ll lead large, complex engagements, contribute to thought leadership, build strong client relationships and play a key role in developing our people. You’ll support clients to modernise and future‑proof their technology risk and resilience capabilities, including designing strategic operating models and deploying fit‑for‑purpose tools and platforms. You’ll bring deep understanding of FS technology‑risk and resilience challenges shaped by regulatory scrutiny, customer expectations and legacy environments. Knowledge of regulatory drivers such as DORA and CP17/24, and frameworks like COBIT, ITIL and NIST, will enable you to help clients enhance their risk management and overall resilience.
- Lead development of technology‑risk, standards and control frameworks across key domains

- Use AI and automation to improve scalability and performance of technology‑risk activities
- Contribute to business development and deliver outcomes across the full engagement lifecycle
- Provide clear direction to senior stakeholders, articulating regulatory expectations and transformation roadmaps
- Build long‑term client relationships and identify opportunities across risk, finance, operations, data and technology
The Role Is For You If:
- Knowledge of financial services (banking, insurance and/or asset management) with familiarity in sectoral regulation in the UK and EU.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering transformation and change programmes, particularly those focused on data maturity, data target operating models, and regulatory remediation across front and back office functions.
- Practical knowledge of technology risk frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, NIST).
- Experience working with technology control frameworks including IT SOX readiness and testing.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with TPRM, Operational Resilience, Data Management and Data Protection teams.
- Experience in delivery of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform implementation programmes.
- Knowledge of emerging technology risk areas related to artificial intelligence and quantum computing.
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions. We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
