About The Role
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager specializing in Financial Services cybersecurity and security architecture. You will play a crucial role in enhancing client relationships, leading cybersecurity initiatives, and developing innovative security architecture solutions tailored for the Financial Services sector.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the Financial Services Industry, showcasing expertise in cybersecurity practices and identifying opportunities for value-added services.
- Collaborate with senior members of the Financial Services Industry Group to define and execute go-to-market strategies, enhancing commercial results and client satisfaction.
- Act as a subject matter expert within the Industry Team, providing guidance on sector-specific cybersecurity challenges, risks, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee, manage, and deliver cyber security projects, ensuring documentation and reports are reviewed and quality assured.
- Lead teams to respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), developing and presenting proposals targeting client cybersecurity challenges.
- Develop information security architecture within the cloud frameworks, ensuring security initiatives align with strategic goals.
- Propose, design, plan, and execute operational security objectives, focusing on innovation and cloud-based security offerings.
- Perform security reviews and analyze threats, communicating threat intelligence and vulnerability management options effectively.
- Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
This Role Is For You If
- Deep experience in Financial Services cybersecurity, with knowledge of security best practices and regulatory requirements specific to the industry.
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, supported by excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and mentoring junior team members to encourage high-quality output.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST 800-53 or OWASP, and knowledge of cybersecurity technologies like SEIM deployments, security analytics, and threat detection.
