About The Role
PwC is significantly growing its SAP capability to meet increasing client demand for complex transformations in the manufacturing, life sciences and consumer goods sectors. We are looking for Solution Architects and project leads with experience across the full scope of supply chain functions, including logistics, manufacturing, planning, procurement, PLM and quality management.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Leading the design and delivery of S/4HANA supply chain solutions across logistics, manufacturing, planning, procurement, PLM and quality management.
- Collaborating with other solution architects in the finance and commercial domains to ensure end to end design integrity
- Shaping solution architectures aligned to industry best practice, SAP’s Activate methodology, and the latest product roadmap
- Leading multiple workstreams of functional consultants, developers, and data architects to deliver scalable, secure, high quality solutions to time and budget
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, building and owning relationships with senior operations and IT stakeholders
- Contributing to the development of the PwC SAP delivery capability in supply chain through coaching and support of more junior team members both in the UK and in our global delivery centres
- Contributing to internal asset development and knowledge-sharing within PwC’s SAP community.
This Role Is For You If
- You have proven experience in designing and delivering SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions
- You have a deep understanding of SAP’s capabilities in manufacturing, planning, logistics and procurement.
- You are experienced in delivering complex change in manufacturing and supply chain environments
- You are strongly familiar with SAP Best Practices, Business Process Content, and fit-to-standard approaches.
- You have demonstrable experience in full project lifecycles including blueprinting, delivery, testing, and post go-live support.
- You are focussed on delivering successful change in an operational environment through strong communication, stakeholder management and the ability to translate SAP solutions to real world supply chains
- You are comfortable operating in agile, hybrid-agile, and traditional delivery models.
- You are experienced working in global or regional supply chains on large scale SAP programmes
- Candidates from boutique consultancies or client-side roles in industry are encouraged to apply.
- Some experience of SAP’s product data management and quality management capabilities.
