We’re now looking for experienced, high-performing individuals to join us on that journey. In Consulting, we help clients tackle their most important challenges — delivering clear, practical advice that drives real results. You’ll have the opportunity to work with well-known brands across a wide range of industries — from broadcasters and high-street banks to global telecoms firms and energy providers.
Our team thrives on collaboration, inclusion and fresh thinking. We value diverse perspectives and create an environment where everyone is empowered to learn, grow and lead — so you can move your career forward with purpose and confidence.
What your days will look like:
- Providing Leadership and Functional Consulting within SAP S4/HANA PtP projects
- Proactively assisting in the management of a client, reporting to Senior Manager or Director Level
- Assisting in the management and control of client engagements
- Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
- Supporting the Senior Managers / Directors across different areas of Purchase to Pay such as master data, invoicing and payments, depending on project scope and across various stages of the project lifecycle
- Managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
- Shaping and delivering projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
- Influencing clients’ use of automation/iRPA
This role is for you if:
- You are an expert in SAP ECC MM and FI and S4/HANA Finance Consulting and are knowledgeable of best practices in Purchase to Pay including Accounts Payable
- You have proven experience in at least two end-to-end SAP implementations — in SAP ECC MM or FI, and/or S/4HANA Finance — with a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle
- You are experienced in process design and process improvement
- You have team leadership experience of between 2-4 people
- You have excellent stakeholder management and relationship building
- Previous consulting experience is a must but an accounting background or qualification would be beneficial but not essential
What You’ll Receive From Us:
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions. We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
