We are seeking an experienced Director to join our Alliances team. This role is suited to a high impact leader with strong alliance expertise, capable of leading high performing teams and driving results across multiple portfolios. The ideal candidate brings proven relationship management and sales leadership experience, with the ability to guide teams to deliver measurable market outcomes. A strong understanding of the professional services and enterprise B2B landscape is essential.
The SAP Alliance Sales Director is accountable for driving growth across the SAP Alliance revenue xLoS, including pipeline, wins, performance, budget, and team development. The role focuses on managing, strengthening, and expanding the SAP alliance with clear strategic intent, supporting market penetration, revenue growth, and solution alignment. This position provides leadership and oversight of the SAP Alliance, working closely with the UK Alliance Partner Leader and the wider alliance ecosystem.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Set and lead the SAP Alliance strategy, shaping go-to-market plans with Alliance and firm leadership to drive market penetration, revenue growth, and strong commercial outcomes.
- Act as the primary strategic contact for the SAP Alliance, building senior relationships, aligning priorities, and clearly communicating the Alliance value proposition internally and externally.
- Drive joint sales and growth activity by identifying "sell-with" opportunities, supporting forecasting and joint plays, and activating Alliance sales and marketing initiatives across the firm.
- Oversee Alliance governance and operations, including business planning, performance reporting, compliance, budget management, and collaboration across practices to ensure consistent execution.
