Women in Business At PwC, we’re committed to improving our gender balance and showcasing female leaders. Female talent is currently underrepresented in our industry and although 42% of 2023 equity partner promotions and 45% of PwC’s 2024 graduate intake were female, there’s still work to be done.

This programme is aimed at inspiring and supporting women interested in professional services and success on the programme will lead to a graduate offer for our 2027 graduate programme. We use our deep understanding of business, markets, and emerging technology to enable clients to make informed decisions, navigate complex deals, embrace change and improve performance. So, our people develop the skills to transform all kinds of organisations.

In Deals, you’ll provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. We help clients maximise the value they gain from their most complex and significant transactions.

What you’ll need:

  • You’ll be graduating in 2027 or have already graduated.
  • Success on this programme will lead to a graduate offer for 2027 and any employment offer made by PwC is contingent on you obtaining and maintaining the right to work and reside legally in the UK for the full duration of the graduate programme.
  • Please note that not all of our roles satisfy the Home Office's eligibility criteria.
