The Director Integration Architect provides strategic leadership across the firm's integration architecture initiatives, shaping and influencing enterprise-wide technology strategies and driving significant commercial growth. This role deeply engages with senior executives (Câsuite), leading the development, execution, and governance of integration solutions that deliver substantial business value and competitive advantage.
What Your Days Will Look Like:
- Leading strategic enterprise architecture initiatives, particularly focused on developing and executing integration strategies and roadmaps.
- Directing large-scale, complex integration programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technology vision.
- Managing and influencing senior client relationships at executive and Câsuite levels, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Actively participating in business development, strategic sales, and commercial negotiations.
- Mentoring senior architects and fostering capability development within the integration architecture domain.
The Role is for You if You Have:
- Extensive seniorâlevel experience in strategic integration architecture, with expertise in API management, eventâdriven architecture, microservices, and hybridâcloud solutions.
- Deep commercial and technical knowledge of market-leading integration platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP, SnapLogic, Informatica).
- Proven expertise with architecture frameworks (TOGAF certification essential).
- Exceptional commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to influence and engage stakeholders at the highest organizational levels.
