As a senior member of the UK Alliances & Sales team, the role plays a key part in originating and progressing opportunities. The successful candidate will collaborate with Microsoft account teams, PwC Partners and Sector leaders to develop compelling, client‑focused solutions that address complex business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. Working closely with the Director of the Microsoft Alliance, the role contributes to the overall Microsoft Alliance targets through the origination of new sales opportunities and by providing strong pre‑sales support across PwC teams. This includes helping to align client needs with Microsoft‑enabled capabilities and supporting the development of integrated propositions that drive sustainable growth.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Identify, progress and convert new business opportunities for Microsoft Cloud, Data and AI solutions, ensuring strong pipeline quality and delivery against growth targets.
  • Lead complex sales pursuits end‑to‑end, shaping win strategies, developing proposals and engaging clients through to successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely across the Microsoft ecosystem and PwC teams to develop joint value propositions, co‑sell strategies and aligned go‑to‑market execution.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships, stay informed on Microsoft capabilities and market trends, and provide insight to support solution development and alliance strategy.

This Role Is For You If

  • Have a strong track record in Microsoft enterprise sales or technology‑led business development, particularly across Cloud, Data and AI solutions.
  • Bring a solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, partner models and commercial frameworks, with experience delivering against growth or revenue targets.
  • Are comfortable operating in complex, matrixed environments and collaborating effectively across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial judgement with a focus on delivering client value and sustainable business outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships and influence confidently with senior stakeholders across Microsoft, PwC and client organisations.
  • Have experience working in, or alongside, professional services, consulting or industry environments, with a proactive approach to identifying and shaping new opportunities.
