Pw C continues to invest and grow our People & Organisation business across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing pensions team as a Defined Contribution Pensions and Employee Benefits (DC&B) specialist, working closely with our DB pension consulting and Reward & Employment teams.
Our DC&B team sits within our People and Organisation (P&O) network, as part of our wider Tax and Legal practice.
P&O is built up of specialist teams who provide advice and support to manage organisational and people challenges, delivering tailored solutions to each of our clients.

- The DC pensions and benefits landscape is evolving, creating opportunities to help clients navigate complex rules and make informed decisions.
- You’ll support high-profile organisations, entrepreneurs and family businesses to develop and implement pension and benefits strategies for their people.
- You’ll design effective retirement savings plans, improve employee wellbeing, and increase engagement and education around benefits and pensions.
- As a Senior Associate, you’ll solve technical challenges, shape pension offerings, influence propositions, contribute ideas and support business growth.

- Share specialist knowledge and ideas to help the team deliver best-in-class client service.
- Support defined contribution pensions and wider employee benefits projects for a varied client base.
- Manage client activity, reports, communications, provider terms and regular client contact across portfolios.
- Delegate work to Senior Associates and Associates, providing information, training, support and development.
- Contribute to business growth by shaping propositions, initiatives, provider relationships and internal networks.
- Support risk management for new projects, working with Client Administrators to maintain compliance.
