As a People Consultant (HR Manager), you will partner with business leadership and key stakeholders to develop and execute the people strategy, enhancing the employee experience and business performance. Supporting Senior People Consultants, you will provide consultation on people strategies, policies, and programs for your assigned Business Units.

You will own your portfolio, build relationships with stakeholders to understand challenges, and identify solutions. You will advise on the people agenda and handle complex escalations and challenges.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Lead delivery of cyclical HR activities including performance, reward, and talent management, and support firmwide strategic projects.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including Partners and employees, providing support, coaching, and challenge on people issues.
  • Analyze large datasets to derive insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR support functions and SME business partners to meet people priorities.
