Due to the nature of our work, our projects often span across our various areas and there are many opportunities to develop in areas outside of your own within the Partner Office team, but also through interactions with other parts of the firm e.g. the People Teams in Business Solutions, LoS leadership teams, Management Board, Supervisory Board etc.
The Executive Search Team leads external partner searches for the UK firm's service lines (Audit, Consulting, Deals, Risk, and Tax). We aim to recruit and integrate high-quality partners who fit culturally and succeed commercially. The team has achieved record partner hires and cost savings through direct hires and efficient supplier management.
The role is based in the Embankment Place office in London and is 5 days a week within the guidelines of empowered flexibility; however, we would consider part-time applicants with appropriate skills and experience.
