Our Oracle NetSuite practice at PwC has seen significant growth over the last 12 months and in order to meet strategy and market demands, we are looking to grow our capabilities further. Our NetSuite practice is engaged in helping mid-market UK head quartered organisations implement NetSuite ERP, SCM and EPM solutions and in helping existing NetSuite customers optimise their NetSuite solutions by investing in new functionality and technology. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a growing team and to progress your skills and career in a vibrant consulting environment. Being mobile is essential, as you’ll work on client projects that could be anywhere in the UK, but we will fully support hybrid working where possible. As a Lead Functional Consultant, you will blend a breadth of NetSuite Financials expertise and hands-on experience with across the R2R, P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets and Project Accounting domains.

Responsibilities
- Our Managers care passionately about the development of our people and deliver exceptional client value. In particular, you will be responsible for: Providing NetSuite subject matter expertise for multiple NetSuite implementation or optimisation projects simultaneously across industry verticals and business process areas
- Leading NetSuite ERP implementations from a technical, functional and change management standpoint;
- Analysing business/technical requirements and objectives, performing fit/gap analysis, and providing recommendations as part of NetSuite pursuits/pre-sales and during implementations
- Pushing the boundaries of what is possible, creating and leading new ideas and concepts through to fruition, and Building and maintaining deep and long-lasting relationships with client personnel.
- Pre-sales and Business Development: Working with the practice leadership team, taking part in business development activity, including contributing to client proposals, preparing and delivering client pitches as part of a pursuit team
- Liaising with NetSuite Sales and Account Management stakeholders, helping to build our work pipeline and helping deliver on our growth aspirations; and building and maintaining deep and long-lasting relationships with senior internal and client stakeholders.
Skills And Experience
- NetSuite experience as a functional consultant
- NetSuite Financials multi-company multi-books, multi currency and revenue recognition experience – Proficiency in NetSuite Financials with good knowledge of at least one other functional domain (e.g. Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
- Experience in leading business process design and discovery sessions – Evaluation of software purchases against SOW
- Develop tailored functional design documentation
- Knowledge of third-party vendors to enhance the overall NetSuite solution – Experience in demoing NetSuite modules and features as part of a proof of concept
- Experience in presales and assisting the sales team with scoping and SOW presentations
- Experience overseeing and supporting the team activities, including our off-shore functional and technical team
