Women in Business At PwC, we’re committed to improving our gender balance and showcasing female leaders. Female talent is currently underrepresented in our industry and although 42% of 2023 equity partner promotions and 45% of PwC’s 2024 graduate intake were female, there’s still work to be done. We help clients to manage their finances and interpret the critical data needed to measure performance today and plan for tomorrow. So our people grow to understand the financial foundations behind the business world, across every industry.

On our Risk and Compliance programmes, you'll help organisations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. Apply to this business area if:

What you’ll need:

  • You’ll be graduating in 2027 or have already graduated.
  • Success on this programme will lead to a graduate offer for 2027 and any employment offer made by PwC is contingent on you obtaining and maintaining the right to work and reside legally in the UK for the full duration of the graduate programme.
