As a Senior Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, high-impact analytics engagements across the deal lifecycle. You will build trusted client relationships, originate new opportunities and contribute to the growth of our people, propositions and market presence.

What your days will look like:
- Leading multiple high-profile client engagements, setting the strategic direction for delivery teams and ensuring analytics clearly articulate the drivers of value and equity story;
- Leading teams to develop data-driven insights that empower management to make critical decisions and maximize deal value, while building high-performing, inclusive teams by coaching, mentoring, and developing managers and junior members so they can thrive and advance their careers;
- Solving complex commercial and analytical challenges, combining technical expertise with commercial judgement to help clients make confident, evidence-based decisions;
- Producing high-quality client deliverables and executive presentations that translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations;
- Building and developing long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, PwC partners and directors and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions and create future opportunities;
- Driving the growth of the Deals Insights & Analytics practice through business development, proposition development, thought leadership, recruitment and operational improvement.
Most importantly, you'll help clients answer their most critical commercial questions using data-driven insight and strategic thinking.
The role is for you if you are technically minded, driven by solving complex problems, and enjoy explaining how you do it. You’ll be working with excellent analytical brains and varying stakeholders for our clients, and for this reason, you will know how to explain the technical details to non-technical people.
Skills:
- Strong relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and technical analysis into clear commercial insights for a wide range of stakeholders;
- Extensive experience in Alteryx, SQL, Python, and PowerQuery to solve commercial problems with large, complex datasets, and leading the creation of impactful PowerBI visualisations and dashboards;
- Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent client engagements while maintaining exceptional quality and commercial outcomes;
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across analytics, technology, and transaction advisory while building inclusive, high-performing teams that are self-motivated and continuously learning;
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance client value, engagement economics and risk management;
- Experience contributing to proposition development, practice growth, and market-facing thought leadership, while successfully identifying opportunities, leading proposals, and driving revenue growth through business-development activities;
- Must possess an ACA (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
