About the Role

This role is designed for a skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is passionate about shaping the future of talent, development and coaching. Sitting within the Strategy & Insights team in the Talent, Development & Coaching Centre of Excellence (TD&C CoE), you will work across five core areas – data, insights and impact; strategy and thought leadership; research and innovation; CoE wide operational excellence; and scoping and facilitation – to support the delivery of high-quality, data-informed, and future-focused TD&C experiences for our people.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Facilitate workshops to define business needs and shape learning outcomes, translating insights into clear documentation.
  • Support the development of project proposals, business cases, and L&D demand planning (including budget and resources).
  • Analyse data, conduct market research, and produce insights on trends, tools, and supplier capabilities.
  • Collaborate across the team to drive delivery, enhance processes, test new solutions, and maintain consistent templates and best practices.
