About The Role
This role is suited to an experienced professional who operates effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by shaping the future of talent, development, and coaching. Located within the Strategy & Insights team in the Talent, Development & Coaching Centre of Excellence (TD&C CoE), the role contributes across five core areas: data, insights and impact; strategy and thought leadership; research and innovation; Centre of Excellence‑wide operational excellence; and scoping and facilitation. The focus is on delivering high‑quality, data‑informed, and future‑focused TD&C experiences for colleagues across the organisation.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Lead collaborative workshops to clarify business needs and learning outcomes, and translate outputs into high‑quality proposals, playbooks and delivery documentation.
- Apply creative and evidence‑based design approaches to shape programmes, investments and learning solutions, ensuring effective transition from scoping through to delivery.
- Embed data, evaluation and insight‑led decision‑making by promoting data literacy, measuring impact and ROI, and driving continuous improvement across learning initiatives.
- Support innovation and sustainability through demand management, market and supplier research, methodology development, and strong internal and external stakeholder networks.
