The Professional Qualifications (PQ) team is a 15‑person UK‑wide group that supports learners across the firm in completing their professional qualifications. As part of Learning Implementation & Reporting, we work closely with L&D, HC teams, business stakeholders, training providers and professional bodies to guide our graduates and school leavers. Reporting to the Head of PQ, the Professional Qualifications Implementation Officer ensures PQ training is delivered efficiently for graduate and school‑leaver pathways and that high‑quality service is maintained. The role involves close collaboration with external training providers, PQ Programme Owners, and key stakeholders across L&D and the Lines of Service.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Build knowledge of key professional qualifications and apprenticeship requirements, while supporting clear learner communications.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for learner and Career Coach queries, monitoring progress and recommending improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, maintain compliant documentation, and manage exam‑related processes.
  • Support project operations including budgets, invoice processing, process standardisation, and accessibility initiatives.
