As a Guidewire consulting generalist at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Guidewire software solutions. You will apply an in-depth knowledge of Guidewire applications to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support specific to Guidewire software.

About The Role

PwC Consulting is recruiting Director-level leaders to support business growth, with a focus on Business Integration using the BRS Aladdin platform. The role involves developing senior client relationships, leading complex client engagements, and contributing to practice growth. PwC works closely with C-suite leaders to deliver independent advice and transform front-to-back operations. The Asset & Wealth Management client base includes major global fund managers, service providers, and custodians, supported through innovative operating models that drive sustainable value, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Developing, owning and managing key client relationships
  • Identifying key client needs/issues and developing and leading on propositions which address these client issues
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets for Aladdin (Implementation and Aladdin sphere activities) within the AWM industry area
  • Contributing to our continued thought leadership to ensure that appropriate solutions are developed for our AWM clients
  • Developing the careers of the teams working with and reporting to you; maintaining a consistently high and leading edge market profile
  • Leading Operational Transformation change projects, taking the leadership role in mixed PwC/client teams

This Role Is For You If

  • Significant experience gained from within one of the other Big 4 Consulting practices or similar large Consulting organisations is a key requirement
  • Track record of consulting related sales within the AWM industry gained from having worked in a similar Consulting organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and influence C-Suite clients - becoming a truly ‘trusted advisor’
  • Experience of having led the development of similar professional service organisations
  • Recognised programme lead and known to the BRS Vendor teams across multiple Aladdin Implementations
  • Experience of implementing and strong knowledge of the full suite of Aladdin products
  • Experience of having implemented all model types In-house, Provider Aladdin and full outsource models
  • Experience of working with clients on the downstream and eco-systems surrounding Aladdin
  • Deep understanding of the end to end AM operating model, as well as experience with process improvement
  • Strong front to back functional and operational understanding of the role of all of the key players in the AWM value chain
  • Knowledge of the asset classes and products that our clients typically invest in
  • Familiarity with other key systems and infrastructure used by AWM businesses across their front to back investment processes
