We are recruiting a Business Change Manager to join PwC’s Mid-Market Transformation (MMT) team, supporting clients through complex technology-enabled change. The role focuses on delivering business change for ERP and CRM implementations, helping mid‑sized organisations realise the full benefits of digital transformation.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Develop and deliver change management strategies supporting ERP and CRM transformation programmes.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments to understand how new systems and processes affect people, roles, and operations.
- Lead stakeholder analysis and develop engagement plans to drive alignment and sponsorship.
- Create and execute clear, compelling communication plans covering the full transformation journey.
- Conduct training needs analysis and design learning interventions that support end‑user capability and confidence.
- Facilitate workshops, process walkthroughs, and readiness sessions with client teams.
- Partner with PwC consultants and technical teams (including, on occasion, third parties) to ensure change implications are reflected in project design and delivery.
- Track and report change progress, risks, readiness levels, and adoption metrics to client and PwC leadership.
This Role Is For You If
- Experience delivering business change in a consulting environment (essential).
- Hands‑on experience supporting ERP and/or CRM implementations, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and ability to tailor them to mid‑market clients.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all organisational levels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess impacts and design appropriate interventions.
- Experienced facilitator able to lead workshops, training, and engagement sessions.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced consulting environment across multiple projects.
