Pre-Deal (Technology Due Diligence)

- Identify key risks, technical debt, and value creation opportunities to inform deal decisions.
- Provide clear, commercially grounded insights for investment committees and senior stakeholders.
Post-Deal (Separation & Integration)
- Define target-state Enterprise Architecture for integrations or standalone entities.
- Lead development of technology blueprints and transition architectures across all IT domains.
- Oversee data separation, migration, and application disentanglement strategies.
- Shape TSA (Transitional Service Agreement) design, including scope, duration, and exit planning.
Cost & Value Analysis
- Lead development of standalone cost models, including run-rate IT costs and operating models.
- Oversee estimation of one-off separation or integration costs.

- Translate architecture decisions into clear commercial implications.
This Role Is For You If

- Lead multi-disciplinary teams across deals and transformation engagements.
- Drive high-quality client deliverables, proposals, and thought leadership.
- Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture across multiple domains.
