To capitalise on this success, we are currently looking for experienced Workday Prism & Accounting Centre Lead to join our Workday recognised Prism & Accounting Center European centre of excellence, part of our growing Workday Consulting Team.

  • What Your Days Will Look Like
  • Own end-to-end delivery of Prism & Accounting Centre programmes: operating model, data architecture and enrichment, event frameworks, accounting rules and governance.
  • Define canonical data models and pipelines (files/APIs), design lineage, quality thresholds and control points; align with Workday Record to Report.
  • Lead workshops to challenge requirements and shape transformation roadmaps combining Prism datasets, Accounting Center event processing and Workday reporting/ Prism analytics dashboards.
  • Govern engineering/configuration squads across on/offshore; set standards for performance, cost and reliability (Data Ops, CI/CD, environments).
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Tax and Technology; articulate business cases and benefits.
  • Build capability, coach managers and senior consultants; contribute thought leadership and propositions.
  • This Role Is For You If
  • You’re a Finance Transformation leader with deep hands-on understanding of Prism and Accounting Centre and their interplay with Workday Record to Report, with experience of leading mid-large sized teams.
  • Workday certifications in financials or equivalent work experience in controls, audit, and complex source-to-ledger scenarios (e. g., sub-ledger replacement, front and / or back office transformation programmes) This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country is desirable
  • You have a demonstrable record of managing people, including onshore and offshore resources.
  • You can quickly build relationships with our clients and across our networked organisation, being able to gain immediate credibility and adapting your style to suit your audience.
