About The Role

PwC is celebrating a decade of successful Workday project delivery with major UK and global clients. To capitalise on this success, we are currently looking for an experienced Workday Adaptive Growth Lead to join our established and growing Workday Consulting Team.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Own multi-workstream Adaptive programmes (FP&A, workforce, revenue, capex/ops), from strategy and roadmap through design, build, deployment and adoption.
  • Define modelling standards (dimensions, versions, governance), integration patterns with Workday Financials/HR and reporting frameworks.
  • Lead executive workshops; challenge requirements and land business value cases; set delivery governance and quality bars across on/offshore teams.
  • Drive market growth: shape offerings, contribute to proposals, and build reusable accelerators and industry content.
  • Develop talent pipelines; coach managers/senior consultants; embed best practice and assurance.

This Role Is For You If

  • You are a Finance Transformation leader with strong Workday Adaptive Planning delivery experience and understanding of financial/operational planning processes.
  • You are Workday certified (Financials/Adaptive); experience integrating Adaptive with Prism/Accounting Centre and third-party sources.
  • You have a demonstrable record of managing people, including onshore and offshore resources.
  • You can quickly build relationships with our clients and across our networked organisation, being able to gain immediate credibility and adapting your style to suit your audience.
  • You have a passion to invest in others, to help them develop in their careers as part of our team.
